I am the founder of The Real Estate Agent, and a registered property agent who has been serving full-time since 2014.

In 2017, I was appointed as the Head of Branch at Legacy Real Property (Seri Kembangan). I also serve as a Director at QS Premiere Mortgage Consultants, a firm that specialises in financing services for both bank loans and LPPSA applications.

I am a registered real estate agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (LPPEH), holding registration number PEA 3833.

With over a decade of experience, I also hold a formal academic qualification in Estate Agency Management from the National Institute of Valuation (INSPEN) — the official training institution under the Ministry of Finance.

Since 2014, I have assisted hundreds of property owners and buyers in making strategic decisions through marketing methods and price evaluations grounded in actual data — never empty promises.

Currently, I lead the Legacy Real Property branch in Seri Kembangan as the Head of Branch, overseeing negotiator performance, client service standards, and regional operations.

Every transaction I manage is built on three unwavering pillars: transparency, integrity, and expertise — developed through more than ten years of full-time commitment to the real estate industry.
