my background
I am a registered real estate agent in Malaysia. Since 2014, I have been directly involved in various aspects of property transactions—particularly residential properties. With a strong property agent profile built on real-world experience and professional integrity, I am confident in my ability to guide clients toward well-informed decisions.
This profile is not built overnight. I was raised in a family that deeply values faith, transparency, hard work, and perseverance. These principles—rooted in faith, honesty, and dedication—have shaped my personal and professional life, and are now values I instill in my own children.
Holding a degree in Computer Science from Universiti Putra Malaysia, I began my career in the IT field as a network security engineer for 13 years. During that time, I was actively involved in marketing activities, tender negotiations, and contract management.
In 2014, I decided to pursue my true calling in real estate full-time. It was not an easy transition—leaving a familiar career and stepping into a completely new and challenging field, all while balancing the responsibilities of family and a fresh professional path. But I’ve always believed that hard work and determination never betray the outcome.
Today, I’m more driven than ever—because I know that success awaits as long as I keep moving forward.
From the beginning of my real estate journey, I realised that many property owners and buyers are overwhelmed with mixed information, unclear strategies, and empty promises that don’t reflect actual market conditions.
